Please ensure students are wearing a leotard or similar when measuring for an accurate measurement.

Bust

With arms relaxed by sides measure the fullest part of the bust.

Waist

Measure around the smallest part of the waist.

​

Hips

Measure the fullest part of the hips.

​

Girth

Place measuring tape at the top of one shoulder. Take the tape through the crotch and back up to the same shoulder.
