Payment Options

- All items must be paid for in full before the items will be sent
Shipping​
- ​In stock items are shipped within 48 hours of payment being received. Made to order items are shipped within 6-8 weeks of payment being received.
- All items are shipped by courier or Australia post.

Cancellations & Changes

- Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. Any changes to your order must be made within 24 hours of placing an order.

Refunds & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds on any products. If you require an item to be exchanged claims and returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of items at the customers
expense. All items requiring exchange must be in original packaging and unopened. Goods must not be damaged or an exchange will be denied. Replacement items will be shipped once returned goods have been received.
